All of the following terms and conditions are general and apply to all tour packages and activities provided by Time Tourism

All vehicles are granted a license to transport seven passengers. The vehicles are 4×4.

1. All of our vehicles are in the best condition and seats have well-fitting seat belts. There is an air conditioner, and all necessary items are available during the journey for passenger convenience.
2. Depending on the package, a number of clients, and requirements, a saloon car, a 7-seater, or a four-seats vehicle with a small bus or coach shall be used on all tours.
3. Children under the age of three are free. Above the age of three, the charge is the same as for an adult. There are no costs for children under the age of three who are not using a seat.
4. During the New Year’s celebrations, special rates and details will apply to the desert safari and city tour. The event details will be posted on our website before the customers.
5. Some forms of entertainment are prohibited during the holy month of Ramadan and during Islamic public holidays. On such occasions, alcohol and belly dancing will be prohibited.
6. The company reserves the right to cancel part or all of the tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, government decisions, etc. Alternative tour dates or itineraries will be provided to the clients

Payment Options

Direct cash payment, online bank transfer, and ATM card deposit are all accepted at the time of pickup.

Please keep in mind that an additional 5% service charge is applied to ATM card deposits.

When you reserve a tour with us, our tour advisor will send you an assurance SMS/Email WhatsApp Message within 24 hours. Please double-check that you entered the accurate info (Name, Number of People, Tour Date, Contact Number, and Address) when booking the tour.

Tour Charges and Expenses

Apart from the accommodation and booking of pick-up locations on the web, our policy is a guarantee of a regulatory valuing. The tour package cost plan mentioned on our website is calculated per individual / per person. These prices do not include any kind of tip for crew members/staff or drivers. The prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. This increase or decrease will occur only when fuel prices, labor rates, food rates, or transportation rates are economically impacted.

Cancellation of a Trip

1. The following terms and conditions may apply in the event of a cancellation.
2. There will be no cancellation charges if the tour is canceled within 24 hours of the consult pickup time.
3. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the tour or services are canceled 12 hours before the tour date.
4. If the tour or services are changed, modified, or revised within 12 hours of the tour time, new charges will apply.
5. A complete refund will be approved if the tour is canceled within one day of the scheduled departure time.

Refund Policy

• If the tour is canceled before one day of its scheduled departure time, a full refund will be approved.
• When a refund is available, the money will be returned to the original method of payment.
• If you are eligible for a refund, your money will be returned to your account within 7 business days.
• Cancellations made on the spot will not be refunded.
• There is no refund if you miss the trip date and time.

Cancellation Processes

If you ever need to cancel all or part of your reservation, send a cancellation notice via email, text message, phone call, or WhatsApp to (Desertsafaridubaibook.com). After receiving your requests, our member will inform you via email, WhatsApp, or phone of the reservation cancellation confirmation and inform you if a charge is applicable based on the conditions or policy.

Schedule Modifications

In the event of a natural disaster, such as a severe sandstorm, flood, or earthquake, or any other emergency, no remedial care will be possible.

Travel Protection Insurance

Time Tourism is not responsible in the event of an accident, damage, or loss of an individual’s property. It is recommended that you explore a travel protection plan to deal with unusual circumstances.
